Important information for our customers

Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) has announced the planned closure of Sydney RV Super Centre in Penrith, NSW. This site has proudly served local RV communities for many years, and we thank all customers, suppliers and team members who have been part of it's history.

This difficult decision has been driven by ongoing challenges within the Australian RV retail sector. The location will cease operations on 29 November 2025, with full closure to be completed during December 2025.

thl will continue to have a strong presence in both markets. Apollo RV Super Centre will remain fully operational in Brisbane (Northgate) and will continue serving Sydney customers through our new dealership opening in Bankstown early 2026.

What this means for customers:

Existing Orders & Deliveries

If you have an upcoming vehicle delivery, unresolved order, or scheduled appointment, our team will be in touch directly to discuss next steps.

If your delivery or repair is scheduled after closure, please rest assured that we will:

• Arrange pickup or handover at an alternate thl location, or
• Connect you with an appropriate provider to complete the work.
  

Selling a Vehicle on Consignment

If your vehicle is being sold on your behalf, our team will contact you shortly with instructions and next steps.

Warranty & After Sales Support

Your warranty and aftercare support remain unchanged. There is no impact on your entitlement to warranty services or post-purchase assistance.

Independent Manufacturer Warranties

Third-party RV manufacturers will continue to support warranty claims through their authorised dealer and service networks.

Our centralised After Sales team will continue to manage:

• Warranty assessments
• Parts support
• Customer enquiries
• Ongoing aftercare

Customers will still receive full support via Apollo RV Super Centre locations or our After Sales Support team.
